PlayStation Plus Premium: LocoRoco Midnight Carnival among the new games for July?

LocoRoco Midnight Carnival , the hilarious platformer released on PSP, has unexpectedly appeared on the PlayStation Store , which could be added this month to the new free games of July 2022 planned for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.

Although not yet announced, LocoRoco Midnight Carnival has been placed on the PS Store title list, presumably ahead of an upcoming release. As reported in the game description, Midnight Carnival will feature up-renderings, rewinds, quick saves and video filters, which means it will be emulated like other classic games available on PS Plus Premium.

Unlike LocoRoco and LocoRoco 2 which have been remastered for PS4, Midnight Carnival has always remained anchored to PSP. While largely similar to the two original titles in the series,  the spin-off increases the overall difficulty and introduces some extremely fascinating environments.

We remind you that in recent days a leak has revealed in advance what will be the new titles that will enrich, in addition to the already confirmed Stray, the catalog of  PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium. Among these appear some episodes of the Assanssin’s Creed series and Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade.
