Huawei Pay is available for download on Huawei AppGalley, the Chinese company’s official marketplace. The application replicates the services offered by similar platforms, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay and so on. In short, it is possible to digitize credit cards and ATMs and then pay any expense simply by bringing the smartphone close to the POS equipped with contactless technology. It is compatible with all cards issued on Intesa Sanpaolo’s PagoBANCOMAT circuit.
For users who have chosen to buy a Huawei smartphone in recent times, Huawei Pay fills an important void left by Google services – Google Pay included. Finally, even Italians who have – to give a couple of examples – a Huawei P50 Pocket or a P50 Pro – will be able to take advantage of a convenient and easy-to-use mobile payment platform.
