Death toll rises to 5 in explosion at fireworks warehouse in Armenia

The ministry also took action for other fireworks warehouses in Yerevan. While the explosives found in the warehouses near the shopping center were transported to safe areas, it was announced that there were many explosive warehouses at the underground shops in the metro stations and that evacuation works were started there.

THE CAUSE OF THE EXPLOSION IS NOT KNOWN YET

While the cause of the explosion was not clear yet, the Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office announced that an official investigation was launched to determine the exact cause of the explosion.

The Armenian government, on the other hand, decided to hold an emergency meeting on the situation in the region.
