North Korean UAVs entered the Southern border… South Korea: Our warplane crashed!

In the statement made by the South Korean General Staff, it was said that more than one UAV belonging to North Korea had crossed its airspace. It was stated that after the incident, which was reported to have occurred around 10:25 local time, many South Korean fighter jets took off and flew in the region. 

After the incident in South Korea’s Gimpo region near the border, flights were stopped at Gimpo and Incheon Airports, where international and local flights are made.

According to local media reports, it was claimed that a South Korean Fighter jet attempted to shoot down a North Korean UAV. It was reported that the fighter jet locked the UAV to launch missiles, but failed to shoot down the North Korean UAV. 

A PLANE FROM SOUTH KOREA SHOOLED!

According to the statement made by the South Korean Air Force, a KA-1 light attack aircraft belonging to South Korea crashed. 

It reportedly crashed at 11:43 am, shortly after taking off from a military airbase in the city of Wonju. The pilots were said to have survived the crash and were transported to a nearby hospital.
