Epic Games Store has officially announced which free games will be available starting January 5, 2023. These are Kerbal Space Program and Shadow Tactics: Aiko’s Choice.
In Kerbal Space Program we will have to direct the space program of a race of aliens, the Kerbals. We will have a catalog of parts to make spacecraft capable of flying (or not) based on realistic aerodynamic and orbital models.
“In Kerbal Space Program you will have to take control of the space program of the alien race of kerbal. You’ll be able to use a wide variety of parts to build fully functional starships that will take off (or crash) according to accurate models of aerodynamics and orbital motion. Launch your crew of kerbals into orbit and beyond (trying to keep them alive), explore the moons and planets of the solar system Kerbol, build bases and space stations to expand the range of your expeditions.” reads the official description of the game.
Shadow Tactics: Aiko’s Choice, on the other hand, is the new expansion of the tactical stealth game Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun, set in Japan during the Edo period. Aiko’s Choice revolves around one of the protagonists of the main game: the skilled kunoichi Aiko, queen of camouflage capable of distracting enemies with her geisha disguises.
